Part II of the proceedings presents reports of the 14 conference discussions on such topics as: teaching and research; including agriculture in K-12 education; cultural diversity; designing an environmentally responsible undergraduate curriculum; curriculum innovation; teaching science as inquiry; emphasizing the social sciences and humanities; teaching agricultural science as a system; and various contexts of agriculture (social and ethical, economic, and global).
